PCAM Online - Notification and Process Monitoring Platform
Enterprise platform for process monitoring in the Brazilian energy market. My main contribution was in the notification backbone, including outbound email orchestration and asynchronous inbound status processing via RPost/Kafka.
Responsibilities
- Designed and evolved the notification engine for sending process-driven emails using template-based strategies.
- Implemented event-driven return handling with RPost/Kafka to process delivery outcomes and synchronize business status.
- Increased operational robustness with stronger validation, error handling, and maintainable notification flows.
- Supported integration with BPM, management services, and internal platform APIs.
